Lets keep it simple. Choose a product that you need and pay for it through one of the available option. Once the order is paid for, we will ship it with the shipping method you chose. We are based in Prague, Czech Republic. If you are close, the shipping will be cheap and quick and if you are far away, it will take longer and be more expensive. If you live outside the EU, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on all the products. Warranty covers normal use. If something does go wrong, or we missed something in the manufacturing process, we will replace your item. If you break the product by smashing it with something or running your car over it, then that’s unfortunately your fault. We will be more than happy to sell you a new one. 🙂
Returns
When you receive the product, you have 2 weeks to return it, no questions asked. Your purchase will be refunded (excluding shipping costs). Shipping costs to ship items back are also your responsibility. Your payment will be refunded to your credit card, as soon as we receive the item. Between the payment gateway and your bank, it can take up to 4 weeks for the funds to show up on your account.

Compliance with local regulations
All products sold on Position7.com are considered unregulated and freely available under the laws of the Czech Republic, where we are based. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the purchase, possession, and use of any Goods ordered from Us are lawful in their country or jurisdiction.
By placing an Order, the Buyer confirms and warrants that they are legally entitled to purchase and import the Goods ordered and that they have conducted all necessary checks with relevant authorities and/or legal counsel to confirm such entitlement. Furthermore, in the event, that such non-compliance causes Us any damages — including, but not limited to, the loss of Goods, penalties, legal costs, or reputational harm — the Buyer shall be fully liable to compensate us for all such damages.
