The CZ 457 MTR is built for accuracy—but without a proper cheek weld, you’re leaving performance on the table. This adjustable cheek riser is designed specifically for the MTR stock, giving you a stable, repeatable head position and perfect eye alignment with your optic. It will also work with other stocks with a max width below 45mm.

Fully Adjustable for Any Setup

Getting your cheek height just right is critical. This system uses a modular spacer design, allowing you to fine-tune elevation exactly to your needs.

Included spacers:
1× single spacer (3 mm)
1× double spacer (6 mm)
2× quad spacers (12 mm each)

By combining them, you can achieve an adjustment range from 3 mm up to 33 mm, covering everything from low-profile scopes to high-mounted optics.

Two Mounting Options

Choose the installation method that fits your build:

1) Screwed Mount (Recommended)
For maximum strength and long-term reliability:

1) Position the cheek rest on the stock in your desired location
2) Mark the center of each hole
3) Use a 3.5–4 mm drill bit to create pilot holes
4) Screws provided are 4.5 mm
5) Mark 30 mm depth on your drill (use tape as a depth stop)
6) Drill straight, ensuring holes are perpendicular to the cheek rest
7) Stack spacers to your desired height and secure

This method provides the most solid and competition-ready setup.

2) Glued Mount (No Drilling Required)
If you prefer a non-invasive installation:

Use 3M VHB double-sided tape (not included) to attach the bottom spacer to the stock
Use super glue (or similar) to bond the remaining spacers and cheek rest

Important: Make sure you are 100% satisfied with the height before gluing—this setup is permanent and not easily reversible.
