Precision Support Bag- made in Europe
For years, we searched for a high-quality shooting support bag made in Europe. Many came close, but none truly matched the performance of the Armageddon Gear Schmedium. So we developed our own — with several practical improvements based on real competition experience.
Size, Shape & Weight
Shooters familiar with the Schmedium will recognize a similar profile — it’s a proven shape that works.

We found this size to be the optimal balance: large enough to provide excellent stability on virtually any prop, yet compact and light enough for quick positional adjustments. Each bag is intentionally filled slightly above the optimal level so shooters can remove material and fine-tune firmness to their personal preference.
Fill Options
Bag fill is highly personal — and often debated. Even within Position7, we couldn’t agree on a single “best” solution. That’s why we offer multiple proven options:
Quartz Sand
Fine quartz sand with slightly angular grains (100–300 µm). The sand is washed, dried, and sifted to remove dust while preserving ideal grain characteristics.
• Conforms quickly to both rifle and prop
• Requires minimal force to shape
• Slightly more fluid than glass beads
• Allows easier micro-adjustments while aiming
• Less tendency to “lock up”
• Optimal fill weight: 5.5 kg
Glass Beads
Precision glass microspheres commonly used for sandblasting (100–200 µm). Smaller and more uniform than sand, with perfectly rounded particles.
• Smooth, consistent feel (similar to firm modeling clay)
• Requires slightly more force to shape
• Locks firmly into position once set
• Extremely stable shooting platform
• Optimal fill weight: 5.6 kg
Unfilled (Empty Bag)
Ships without fill so you can choose your own material.
Recommended only if you need a significantly lighter bag (for junior shooters or reduced carry weight).
For lightweight fill, we recommend Spex Lite from Spex Lite.
Materials & Construction
You can have any color you want — as long as it’s gray. (For now.) Based on demand, additional colors may be introduced in the future. After testing over 40 fabric types, we selected premium waxed canvas sourced from a specialist manufacturer in the United Kingdom.

To maintain water resistance, re-waxing after extended use is recommended. We suggest products from Otter Wax.
