ARCA Spacer for Oryx Chassis

Flatten the bottom of your chassis and use the ARCA rail of your choice

The spacer is carefully engineered to sit between the fore end of the rifle and the ARCA rail. The Oryx is a great chassis but has a curved profile on the bottom of the foreend. This makes it incompatible with most ARCA rails on the market. Until now, you had only two options. Use only ARCA rails designed for the Oryx or add just a short rail to the front.

With this spacer, you can run any standard flat ARCA rail available on the market, including the AREA 419 with ARCA lock. You can also run longer rails, extending past the front of the chassis, to enable attaching weights to the front. This goes great in conjunction with our Oryx Extended MLOK Rails, seamlessly integrating extra weight in the front, where you need them most.

Only 6.25 mm

This spacer is only slighly over 6mm in thickness in its thickest point. Therefore it adds just enough material to fill in the oryx contour, without unnecessarily lowering the position of the ARCA rail.

Streamlined Design and Integration

If you pair this spacer with our Oryx Extended MLOK Rails you immediately upgrade your Oryx chassis to the next level. We recommend a 300mm long ARCA rail for flush look or 400mm if you want the ARCA rail to extend past your chassis for extra weights.

Material & Manufacturing Process

This Position 7 product is 3D printed using high-quality PETG filament, a tough and reliable polymer chosen for its great balance of strength, flexibility, and weight. PETG is also thermally resistant and won’t warp under normal use — it can handle temperatures up to 80 °C (176 °F) without issues.

Because each item is 3D printed, you might notice fine layer lines or small surface marks, especially on angled or curved areas. These are a natural part of the process and don’t affect how the product performs.

Please note that this product is not made from metal. PETG is more than strong enough for its intended purpose and lighter than steel or aluminium — we use it ourselves in competition settings and stand by its performance.
