Position7 × Whidden Gunworks .22 LR Headspace Gauge Set – .039″ to .047″

Accurately measure the headspace of your .22 LR firearm with this nine-piece gauge set, spec’d by Position7 and manufactured by Whidden Gunworks.

Whidden normally offers two seven-piece ranges or a complete fourteen-piece set. We found the smaller option a little too limited and the complete set more than most rimfire shooters need, so we chose the useful middle ground: nine gauges covering .039″ to .047″ in precise .001″ increments.

The set can be used to check an existing rifle, verify headspace when installing a prefit barrel, or select the appropriate bolt shim when tuning a rifle for your chosen ammunition. Each stainless-steel gauge is individually marked for quick identification.

The included 3D-printed storage box keeps all nine gauges organised and protected. And just for fun, the storage box has an integrated kickstand.
